At our house, we started putting our lettuce cuts from the grocery in water after we chop. The oldest head is about 4 days, the other are 3 & 2 respectively. Eventually they end up in the aquaponics rig in the garage as they continue to mature. Got any hacks at your house? (This works with scallions too)
